Know what happens
before we arrive.

Use this checklist when reviewing your fitted quote. Agree the details with our team before confirming your order.

Furniture & old flooring

Room clearance, furniture moving and lifting or refitting old floor coverings are not included unless agreed in writing. Ask about removal and disposal separately.

Subfloor & finishing work

Flag uneven floors or other preparation needs before fitting. Floor repairs, door alterations and other trades must be agreed and specified; do not assume they are included.

Access on the day

Arrange clear access, lighting and power. Let us know about underfloor pipes or cables and any restrictions before work starts.

Underlay & edges

Ask us to specify the underlay, grippers, thresholds and edging for your chosen finish. Discuss existing materials and underfloor heating before selecting replacements.

Deposit & fitting date

Your quote should confirm the deposit, payment dates and when fitting can be arranged. Contact the team for the terms of your order; no fixed deposit percentage is assumed here.

Colour, joins & pattern

Samples are indicative and batches can vary. Agree any particular requirements for pile direction, joins or pattern layout in writing before ordering.
