For a new project
Tell us your postcode, the rooms or windows involved and whether you are thinking about carpet, flooring, blinds, curtains or shutters. Mention any particular style and timing you have in mind.
For an existing order
Have your order or quote reference ready, if you have one, along with the name and postcode used for the order. Let us know what you need us to check.

How do I arrange a home visit?
Use the home-visit page to start your enquiry, or call or email the team. Give us your postcode and the type of project so we can check coverage and discuss a suitable appointment.
Can I call outside showroom opening hours?
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. The showroom has separate hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. You can send an email at any time.
Can you give a final price from rough measurements?
Rough dimensions can help start the conversation. The final specification, measurements, preparation and fitting details need checking before the quote and order are agreed.
