The selected range, measured area, subfloor preparation, layout and thresholds, fitting and any agreed uplift or furniture moving. We’ll confirm what is included in the written quote.
Long Life collection: your questions.
Does the Long Life name mean every product has the same guarantee?
No guarantee should be inferred from a collection name. Ask for the terms, care instructions and specification for the exact product in your quote.
How do I compare samples at home?
Tell us the range or texture you like, the rooms involved and anything practical we should know, such as stairs, pets or underfloor heating. We’ll check sample options and contact you to arrange a suitable visit.
