Artisan carpets: your questions.
Why can a velvet carpet look lighter from one direction?
The direction of the pile changes how it reflects light. Judge the sample from several positions and discuss the appearance of the specific product.
How do I compare samples at home?
Tell us the range or texture you like, the rooms involved and anything practical we should know, such as stairs, pets or underfloor heating. We’ll check sample options and contact you to arrange a suitable visit.
